How long will the website build take?
In general, it takes about 4 – 6 weeks. However, the length of time is mainly dependent on if there is content already and when that content is received. Therefore, if all content is received on time, a smaller website may take only 1 – 2 weeks, while a more extensive website might take 8 weeks.

How does the process work?
We start with a free discovery call. We'll schedule a virtual meeting to get to know you and your business; we'll explore your objectives and the most suitable package for you. We'll discuss your goals and preferences and what you can expect from me. Book our services by signing our contract and making the payment. You'll receive your contract, onboarding forms, and an online folder for file sharing. Once all images and copy for the site have been received, your website goes under construction. We will meet again to review the homepage. After approval, the rest of the site is built out to match. We review your site together and make any necessary revisions. Once you're happy, we can part ways, or you can choose to receive continued support with our optional website maintenance plan.
How does the payment process work?
A website build requires a nonrefundable payment of 50% before beginning work. The remaining 50% will be paid once the website is complete but before the site goes live.
Hosting & Maintenance Packages are billed monthly.
For all other services, payment is expected upfront.
Do I need ongoing maintenance?
YES! Maintenance is a 100% MUST to keep your website up-to-date and secure.
What if I need more hours of updates or support?
Additional time for your website updates and support can be added anytime. All additional time will be billed at the discounted hourly rate for all plans.
